Born in Izmir in 1972, Diane Arcas Göçmez graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of International Relations in 1995. She is still continuing her academic studies with her MBA in Maritime and Logistics at Middlesex University. Diane Arcas, who started her career at Arkas in 1993, has worked in a wide range of specializations and levels of the Agency Group. While serving as Arkas Shipping Istanbul Branch Manager in 2000, she also took part in Arkas' Institutionalization Project.


Within the scope of this Project, she still manages the central purchasing and audit functions, along with the SAP accounting and finance information systems modules, budget management systems, which she established and managed between 2000-2007.


She assumed the responsibility of the Logistics Group in 2007 and still continues her duty as Logistics Group President.


Diane Arcas Göçmez, who is motivated to work with visionary, open-minded, dynamic people who live by the values ​​of the group, aims to carry Arkas to the top in the field of Logistics with her team.


Arcas receives future-oriented training on the management of Arkas Shipping Fleet, which is among the top 23 shipowners in the world as of 2013. Arcas, who likes to follow the innovations in managerial and professional fields, adapt them quickly to her life and question the status quo, focuses on academic studies in her spare time.

Born in 1977 in Istanbul, Onur Göçmez graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration in 2000. He started his business life in the Call Center and Customer Services sector in 1999; He continued his career in the Logistics and Transport sector as an Inspector in the Presidency of the Board of Inspectors of Yurtiçi Kargo Servis A.Ş., and as the Istanbul Regional Manager at CEVA Lojistik A.Ş., respectively, since 2003. He started working at Arkas Lojistik A.Ş. in 2012.


He worked as Operations Manager, Fleet Management Manager and Istanbul Regional Manager at Arkas Lojistik A.Ş. He was appointed as Arkas Logistics Transportation Services Turkey Manager in 2014, making significant contributions to the group with his experience, and was appointed as Assistant General Manager in 2015. In addition, he was responsible for the Strategy and execution of the Human Resources, Security and Administrative functions of the Arkas Logistics Group.

As of April 2017, he was appointed as the General Manager of Arkas Lojistik AŞ.


As of January 2020, he has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer / CEO to be responsible for the management of Arkas Logistics A.Ş.'s domestic / international branches, all service groups, central departments, and the Executive Board, and he continues to serve as the Chief Executive Officer / CEO.


Onur GÖÇMEZ is married and has three children.

Born in Istanbul in 1980, Serhat Kurtuluş graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Business Administration in 2000. In 2007, he completed his master's degree in the Department of Business Administration and Quantitative Methods of the same university. He started his career at Pamukbank in 1998, continued with Sümerbank, Çelebi Ground Handling, and joined Yurtiçi Cargo Service in 2006, where he worked as an Inspector, Bursa Regional Manager, and Istanbul Anatolian Regional Manager.


Continuing his career as the Turkey Manager of Partial Transportation within Borusan Lojistik in 2012, Serhat Kurtuluş joined Arkas Logistics in 2014 as Operational Audit Manager. Creating added value for the group in a short time, he was appointed as Terminal Services Turkey Manager in 2015, and also worked in the management of Arkas Logistics' Occupational Safety and Information Technologies Strategies. He was appointed as Assistant General Manager in 2018, and in addition to the Terminal Services Segment, he was responsible for Domestic Railway Department and Arkas Rail AS Sales Management, BTK (Baku-Tbilisi-Kars) Line Sales Operation Management, Global Tender and Projects Department Management and execution.


He was appointed as Assistant General Manager of Sales and Business Development as of May 2019 and continued his duty as Assistant General Manager responsible for managing all business groups under the General Manager in the same year.


As of January 2020, he has been appointed as the General Manager to be responsible for the management of all service groups and he continues to serve as the General Manager.


Serhat Kurtuluş has 2 children.
