The recruitment process is standardized in every company within Arkas Holding. Applicants are carefully evaluated by our HR team based on each job description and candidates are selected based on their education level, years of experience, language skills, personal competencies, and other relevant qualifications. In our selection process we use scientifically-based tools, which have proven to be both valid and secure.
